Q. What am I permitted to upload?

A. Pictures should be 'clean' images of yourself. Any pornographic, copyrighted or non relevant images including those of children will be removed and may result in the termination of your account.

Q. Which image formats do you accept?

A. We accept .jpeg and .gif formats.

Q. My image does not appear when I upload it.

A. All images are verified before going live on the site. Your image should appear shortly. If it does not appear within 24 hours please read the question 'What am I permitted to Upload?' and if you still feel your image should appear then please contact us.

Account Activation

Q. I cannot activate my account?

A. The welcome email you receive when you sign up contains a link that you must click to activate your account. The whole of this link must be clicked. Some email browsers wrap the link onto 2 lines so be sure to copy and paste the whole link into your browser.

Q. I have not received my activation email?

A. Either you have entered your email address incorrectly or your email software has picked it up as spam. Please check your junk mail folder as it may have automatically been sent there.

Logging in

Q. I cannot login to my account.

A. Please ensure that you are using the correct username and password. Usernames and passwords are case sensitive so please ensure that you do not have your Caps Lock on. You may wish to be reminded of your login details. Simply visit Login and submit the email address you used to sign up with. You will then receive an email with your account details.

Delete Account

Q. How do I delete my account?

A. Simply login to your account and click the 'Delete my Account' button. This will delete you comletely from our system. You will not receive any further information from us unless you choose to sign up again.

Cost

Q. How much does it cost to become an Onliners Member?

A. Nothing, Onliners is a FREE service so sign-up and enjoy.

Abuse

Q. How do I report an abusive member?

A. Contact us with the members profile name and details of the abuse and we will investigate.

Security

Q. Will members be able to locate me?

A. Only if you give them your contact details. We do not display addresses, email or contact details on the site. You can put as much or as little information about yourself as you wish. Anyone publishing address information will be deleted.
